| CONFERENCES: Conference cancellation costs are set
by client organizations. Hotel reservation cancellations are $50.00
once booked, and/or a one (1) night penalty if canceled within 14
days or less before arrival, or other policy based on group hotel
contract.
TOURNAMENTS: Unless otherwise noted, all rooms have a 5-day individual
and a 30-day team cancellation penalty period (team cancellation
defined as 50% or more of team's reservations being cancelled).
Generally hotels have a two-night minimum stay (unless otherwise
noted).
